The immersive demo is an app for a tablet or a virtual reality (VR) headset, allowing a customer to experience the benefits of hearing aids in 360° real-world scenes.

Real-World, 360° Scenes
Our software is based upon thousands of recordings made with real hearing aids in real sound fields. Audio-visual scenes are recorded with 360° cameras and microphone arrays to ensure an accurate representation of how a hearing aid will perform in real life.

Recordings are made in a research-grade facility so that we can repeatably demonstrate device performance in 360° for any brand, technology level, prescriptive fitting, and dome selection.
Customized for Hearing Loss
The app is customized to your pateint's specific loss and dome configuration, to ensure that the benefits of adopting hearing aids are demonstrated with realistic expectations.

The hearing loss simulation for the significant other is customized for the entered loss as well, to help generate empathy for what it is like to live with untreated hearing loss in real-world settings.
Hearing Aids or Headphones
The customer can listen to the demo either over headphones or wirelessly over hearing aids using streaming technologies. We work with hearing aid manufacturers to integrate different hearing aids brands, so that they are compatible with our app.
For the significant other, the demo is experienced over a pair of headphones, allowing us to also incorporate a hearing loss simulation, matched to their friend or family member's loss.
Simple User Experience
The app is designed with efficiency in mind, providing a seamless 3-5 minute demo without sacrificing valuable time during a clinical visit. Simply enter your patient’s loss and dome configuration, select the demo scene, and go! As well, counseling is much more effective and efficient with a high-tech demonstration tool at your disposal.
