Immersive Pilot Program


Thanks for your interest in our pilot program! If you are not a part of the pilot program yet, please send us an email, and let us know you are interested.
The demo app currently runs on an Android tablet with studio-grade, wired headphones. We recommend clinics purchase the inexpensive hardware listed below (less than $350) to ensure software compatibility, proper audio calibration, and ease of use:

We also recommend purchasing a tablet case with a kick stand or a table-top tablet holder so the tablet can set nicely on a desk during patient counseling. Either option should work and both are inexpensive (<$20), so you only need to purchase one holder / case. Summer and Fall 2025
App Setup Steps
Once your hardware has arrived, follow the steps below to get the immersive demo app up-and-running in your clinic!
Step 1: After emailing us your interest in the pilot program, you should receive a response with a PDF document providing app installation and hardware setup instructions. Follow the instructions in that document to get the tablet, app, and headphones setup and calibrated on your system.
​Step 2: Next, watch our training video series (~25 minutes) on YouTube. The training series is also a great resource to simply learn more about the apps, even if you don't have the apps in your clinics yet. Click on the link below to access the YouTube playlist of our training video series.
Step 3: If you would like to provide a synchronized demo experience for both a patient and their significant other, purchase and setup a second tablet and pair of headphones following the same steps shown above. Then, follow the steps in the video below or in this PDF guide to pair and link your two tablets on your clinic's Wi-Fi network for a synchronized demo experience.
If you only have one tablet, or do not yet want to engage the customer's significant other in a synchronized demo mode, this step can be skipped.


Step 4: After watching the training series, test out and practice with the app for yourself, listening to each scene, and listening to the different losses and domes in the role of the significant other. Also, review our Troubleshooting Guide PDF, which provides answers and solutions to common questions or issues you may encounter with the recommended hardware and our app.
Step 5: Finally, have other hearing care providers at your clinic who may use the app listen to the training video series, and let them know about the troubleshooting guide, in case they encounter any issues.
